The New Brighton Rotary Club and the New Brighton Memorial Day Association have embarked on a project to erect flags to recognize New Brighton Hometown Heroes for their service to our country.

 

Unlike a war memorial, this honor is open to people who identify with the New Brighton area but may not have lived in the town when they served.  The flags are for individuals who live, once lived, work, or have a business in New Brighton Borough, Pulaski Township, Daugherty Township, and Fallston Borough.  The flags will be displayed on the light poles along Third Avenue at various times during the year.

 

A flag can be purchased $100.00 for yourself or a family member by completing a form by clicking the button below.  After completing the form, please send payment and a photo to be used on the flag to the New Brighton Memorial Day Association, PO Box 158, New Brighton, PA  15066.  Alternately, the photo for the flag can be emailed to mittner@newbrightonpa.org.
